QA Software Tester Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for all products across the venture studio.
2. Establish and maintain QA best practices, testing frameworks, and tools to ensure consistency and high-quality output across all projects.
3. Oversee testing efforts across multiple products simultaneously, ensuring coverage, efficiency, and scalability.
4. Prioritize and schedule testing activities to meet project timelines, ensuring that product releases are free of defects.
5. Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
6. Perform functional, performance, regression, and usability testing to ensure the product meets business and technical requirements.
7. Implement and manage automated testing where applicable to streamline the testing process and improve coverage.
8. Integrate automated testing into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure early detection of defects.
9. Identify, track, and report bugs in a structured manner, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
10. Provide clear, actionable feedback on the root cause of issues and collaborate on solutions with technical teams.
11. Conduct performance testing to ensure products perform well under load and stress.
12. Collaborate with relevant teams to conduct security testing, ensuring that all products meet security standards.
13. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all testing efforts, test cases, and results.
14. Regularly report testing progress, defect status, and overall product quality to key stakeholders.
15. Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality is embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
Act as the primary point of contact for all QA-related activities, offering leadership and guidance to junior QA team members if applicable.
16. Continuously assess and improve the QA process, introducing new testing methodologies, tools, and technologies to optimize quality and efficiency.
17. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in QA to apply best practices in testing across all projects.
18. Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the final product meets the users' needs and business goals.
