Recruiter Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking
2. Share screening test results and candidate assessments with the relevant team managers
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and help develop creative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
5. Conduct manual and automated testing of our products on laptops and mobile devices to ensure they meet quality standards
6. Document test cases and results, providing actionable feedback to the development and data science teams
7. Collect testing data and provide insights for product improvements
8. Take ownership of issues found during testing, working closely with developers to resolve them

2. Knowledge of testing methodologies including manual testing, sanity testing, automation testing, performance testing
