Aegis Graham Bell Awards (AGBA) for Innovations is inviting applications for the position of Inside Sales Manager. The professional will be responsible for managing the nomination process for the Aegis Graham Bell Awards for innovation across India, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and North America. AGBA is supported by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, the Ministry of Education, and the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build the Innovation Ecosystem: Collaborate with various incubators, innovative organizations, entrepreneurs, and innovators to develop a thriving ecosystem that fosters groundbreaking ideas.
2. Work closely with Innovators: Elevate their work on the global stage of AGBA, ensuring their achievements receive well-deserved recognition.
3. Nomination Navigator: Guide innovators through the entire nomination process, ensuring their groundbreaking work is properly recognized.
4. Oversee the Nomination Process: Manage the entire nomination process, from generating leads and nomination submissions to the final selection.
5. Develop a Network: Build a network of innovators, entrepreneurs, and incubation centers worldwide.
6. Manage Communication: Maintain communication with large and mid-size corporations and startups, answering queries and providing updates.
7. Review and Evaluate Nominations: Evaluate nominations based on predefined criteria.
8. Conduct Research: Identify potential startups that could be nominated for the award.
9. Maintain a Database: Keep a record of all nominations, including nominee details, supporting documents, and selection criteria.
10. Ensure Compliance: Make sure all nominations are complete, accurate, and meet the required criteria.
11. Collaborate with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to promote the award and encourage more nominations.
