Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Manage recruitment, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
3. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.
4. Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to clients.
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. 4 to 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
3. Strong communication skills and proficiency in IT.
4. Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.
5. Excellent organizational skills.
6. Proactive attitude and ability to handle uncertainty with minimal guidance.
7. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
8. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
