The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out our sales and marketing strategy, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the conversion of home loan (HL) and mortgage leads into field appointments, ultimately resulting in successful loan disbursals. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with banks and non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of loan applications
Key responsibilities:
1. Managing channel partners to generate business volumes
2. Build and strengthen relationships with the connector, DSA, builder, and open market to ensure achievement of set business goals
3. Make visits to the field and channels to gather on ground feedback, provide inputs and support to the team
4. Ensure monthly visit at the developers' sites
5. Build and strengthen relationships with the builders and leverage the connector/DSA channel for home loan
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or MBA (freshers)
2. Previous experience in sales
3. Previous industry experience
Salary: Up to 3 LPA fixed + incentives + travelling conveyance.
