Social Media Specialist Job

We are looking for a creative and analytical 'Social Media Specialist' to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive online traffic.

Key responsibilities:

I. Content creation & management:
1. Develop and curate engaging, creative, and innovative content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
2. Plan and execute the social media calendar to ensure consistent posting and messaging aligned with marketing campaigns.
3. Create visual content such as graphics, videos, and GIFs that resonate with target audiences.
II. Social media strategy & growth management:
1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase followers, brand awareness, and engagement.
2. Stay up-to-date with current trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
III. Community management:
1. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
2. Foster strong community engagement through interactive posts and regular communication with followers.
IV. Analytics & reporting:
1. Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and KPIs such as engagement rates, follower growth, and post reach.
2. Provide recommendations for improving social media performance based on data insights.
V. Collaboration:
1. Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media strategies with business goals.
2. Coordinate with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors to execute collaborative campaigns.
