A. While logging-in, just click on ‘Forgot Password’ and then enter your registered email address. We will send you a link to reset your password to your registered email address and then you can enter the new password.

A. Please note that it is not mandatory to select your stream from the drop-down menu. You can write whichever stream you want in the stream section and then click on Save or Update. For eg. - Select your degree from the drop-down menu as Master of Arts (M.A.) and write your stream as Ancient History.

If you are still not able to find your degree in the drop-down menu then, please drop a query here regarding the same.
Note: Even if you are still pursuing the degree, mention it in your profile. In the 'end year' write the probable year in which you will be graduating.

A. If a skill that you want to add to your resume is not available in the ‘Skills’ section then please drop a query here regarding the same and we will look into the feasibility of adding that particular skill to our list. Also, in the meantime, you can add any relevant detail in the ‘Additional Skills’ section.

A. You can apply to internships or jobs using the following steps-

  • Click on "View Details" to get details about the company and the profile.
  • Go through the details thoroughly and apply if your profile matches the requirements of the company.

  • If already a registered user, click on "Apply Now" and follow the mentioned steps to submit your application.

  • If not registered, please register at this link, and then follow the above process.

A. An application once submitted cannot be edited or canceled back. We would suggest you review the answers properly before submitting it in future.

A. Internshala issues a Certificate of Selection after 7 days of getting hired. It can be downloaded from your 'Applications'. In case your application status has not been updated to 'Hired', please write to us regarding the same and also attach the Offer Letter so that we can update your application status. You will be able to download the Certificate of Selection after 7 days.

A. Follow the steps given below to change your email id- 

  1. For web users

    1. Click on ‘change email id’ option

    2. Type your new email id in the box

    3. After this, a verification mail is sent to the new id and an alert mail on the new id

    4. After verifying, you will be logged out of Internshala and redirected to the log-in page (this ensures the security of your account)

    5. You are expected to log-in from your old email id and the password. Once you log in, your email id will be updated

  2. For app users- We do not have the option of 'update email address' for the app users. You can drop a query here from the new email id, copying the current one (the id with which you are registered) and send it to us. We will update the account.

Also, you can subscribe to our weekly digest and we will send you a list of the latest internships and jobs as per your preferences (please make sure that your preferences are updated).

A.  A work from home job/internship is a work opportunity for a fixed duration (1 week - 6 months) where you work from the comfort of your home and earn a stipend. The employer will send you all the work through emails or in some cases over internet-based text message applications along with the date of submission of the work. You can choose your work hours (unless asked by the employer to work on specific hours) and then submit the work to the employer through the email or to any other channel the employer may have asked you to upload it too.

However, it is possible that if you don't get a response from the employer within this duration or your application status remains 'Applied' or 'Seen', it is best that you apply for other internships/jobs.

A. It means that your application has been seen by the employer and they will get in touch with you if they like your application.
