Animation Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create high-quality animation sequences based on the provided storyboards or concepts.
2. Ensure animations are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
3. Collaborate with the animation team to maintain consistency in style and quality.
4. Use feedback from directors, supervisors, or clients to refine animations.
5. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to animation software and workflows.
6. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior animators on best practices.
7. Animate characters to create expressive and believable performances.
8. Understand and implement character personalities, emotions, and physicality.
9. Work closely with rigging and modeling teams to ensure characters are animation-ready.
10. Refine animations based on feedback to achieve desired character performances.
11. Improve skills through criticism and feedback.
12. Create realistic or fantastical visual effects elements such as explosions, fire, water, or creatures.
13. Integrate VFX seamlessly into live-action footage or animated sequences.
14. Collaborate with other departments to ensure VFX elements match the overall look and feel of the project.
15. Problem-solve to overcome technical challenges in VFX production.
16. Optimize VFX workflows and production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
