We are looking for a customer service intern who is passionate about the role.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide an exceptional experience for the customers.
2. Provide technical support to parents and teachers.
3. Help in setting up processes and improving the efficiency of the process.
4. Provide chat, email, and call support to our customers.
5. Handle escalation tickets.
6. Schedule, reschedule, and manage student classes.
7. Be a relationship expert and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Computer/IT background (Not mandatory).
2. Fluent in English communication skills
3. Available to work from the Office.
4. Ready to work in Rotational shifts(including night shift)

Stipend: 15,000 - 20,000 per month for the first 3 to 6 months
