Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback through phone, email, and in-person interactions
2. Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues effectively
5. Utilize MS Office tools to track and manage customer information
6. Contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction and retention rates
7. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers
