About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide support to computer users for resolving day-to-day operational problems
2. Troubleshoot computer and printer issues and replace faulty parts when necessary
3. Diagnose LAN and Internet-related faults and provide solutions to resolve them
4. Monitor Firewall and UTM systems, manage user creation, and handle minor permission assignments
5. Perform basic diagnosis of IP-based CCTV systems
6. Offer support for Windows 7, 10, and 11, MS Office, Chrome, and Internet Explorer, including software installations and assistance with operational issues
