As a Customer Service/Customer Support intern at EternalFlowers, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in effective communication, English proficiency (spoken and written), social media marketing, and MS-Excel. Key responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms
2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise
3. Monitor social media channels to engage with customers and address any feedback or concerns
4. Utilize MS-Excel to track customer interactions and analyze data to improve our customer service processes
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish
