About the internship

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a customer support for FASTag. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient support for backend operations related to FASTag services. Your duties will include processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operations of the backend system.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Process transactions efficiently and accurately within the FASTag backend system
2. Handle agent inquiries and provide timely responses and resolutions
3. Collaborate with the frontend team to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless user experience
4. Troubleshoot technical issues related to backend operations and coordinate with the technical team for resolution
5. Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times
7. Adapt to changes in procedures and systems to meet evolving business needs
8. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills

Day shift - 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Night shift - 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM

3. are available for duration of 6 months

Other requirements

1. Prior experience in backend support or similar roles preferred

2. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members

3. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications

4. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

5. Willingness to undergo a one-week trial period without pay

6. Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic environment
