Data Entry Internship

We are seeking a meticulous and organized data entry cum back office assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting data, managing records, and supporting various administrative tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems.
2. Organize and manage files, documents, and records both digitally and physically.
3. Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and handling correspondence.
4. Prepare and generate reports as needed for various departments.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth information flow and task completion.
6. Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring all data is current and accurate.
7. Provide basic customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
8. Ensure all data entry and administrative tasks comply with company policies and procedures.
