3. Create and distribute event marketing materials to promote upcoming events.
4. Assist in setting up and dismantling event spaces, ensuring all equipment and materials are in place.
5. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and improve future events.
6. Utilize MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-PowerPoint to organize event details and create presentations.
7. Communicate effectively with team members and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
