Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the planning and execution of corporate & Social events, including coordinating logistics and managing timelines.
2. Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless event operations and cost-effective solutions.
3. Create engaging presentations and proposals using MS-Office and MS-PowerPoint to pitch event concepts to clients.
4. Utilize MS-Excel to track budget expenditures and maintain accurate financial records for each event.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through social media and other digital platforms.
6. Support the team in post-event evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement and future event enhancements.
7. Develop strong written communication skills by drafting event invitations, press releases, and other event-related materials.
