Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in coordinating and executing all aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and guest communication
2. Create detailed event timelines and schedules using MS-Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
3. Conduct research on industry trends and provide innovative ideas for event enhancements
4. Support the team in marketing and promoting events through social media and other channels
5. Help with on-site event logistics, such as set-up, registration, and guest coordination
6. Assist in budget management and tracking expenses to ensure events stay within financial goals
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of events and provide exceptional customer service
