As an Executive Assistance intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Utilize stenography skills to transcribe meetings and important discussions accurately and efficiently.
2. Support executives with scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing calendars.
3. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Demonstrate English proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
5. Assist in creating and formatting documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using MS-Office suite.
6. Manage and prioritize tasks to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed successfully.
7. Take on additional administrative tasks and projects as needed to support the team.
