About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting compliance teams in compliance requirements such as periodic submissions, audits/inspections, data collation, drafting responses to queries, etc.
2. Learning of stockbroking compliances, and dealing with internal teams for compliance concerns.
3. Evaluating and implementing circulars/guidelines etc. issued by the exchanges/depositories/SEBI
4. Timely responding to the queries raised by the exchanges/depositories/SEBI
5. Routine checking of the transactions/KYC concerning the regulatory framework related to securities market intermediaries, AML/PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act)
