Finance & Legal Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Dealing with novel tax issues associated with the fintech industry.
2. Assist with data entry tasks and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
3. Review of tax returns and related filings
4. Manage numerous tax notices and collate information from various stakeholders within and outside the tax team, etc.
5. Monitor changes in tax legislation and proactively assess its impact on the company
6. Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable records
7. Update and maintain financial records in compliance with company policies and procedures
8. Reconcile bank statements and assist in bank transactions
9. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
10. Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities
11. Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors
