Graphic Design Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Creative Design Execution:
1. Develop and execute creative designs for various projects, adhering to the organization's branding guidelines
2. Produce high-quality visual assets for digital and print mediums, including but not limited to social media graphics, infographics, posters, and brochures
3. Collaborate with team members to conceptualize and iterate on design ideas, ensuring alignment with project objectives and target audience

II. Timely Project Delivery:
1. Manage workload effectively to meet project deadlines and milestones, communicating progress and potential roadblocks to supervisors in a timely manner
2. Demonstrate efficiency in design production while maintaining attention to detail and design integrity
3. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance, ensuring that urgent requests are addressed promptly without compromising the quality of work

III. Continuous Learning and Improvement:
1. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices through self-learning and attending relevant workshops or webinars
2. Seek feedback from supervisors and peers to identify areas for improvement and actively work on enhancing design skills
3. Contribute ideas for process improvements or creative solutions, demonstrating a growth mindset and a commitment to personal and professional development
4. Contribute effectively to the organization's design projects while also gaining valuable experience and skills in the field of graphic design
