About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process
2. Source profiles from various job portals
3. Screen and shortlist relevant candidates
4. Conduct interviews

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment, either as a recruiter or in a similar role.
3. Familiarity with recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
