About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Employee Engagement: Lead the organization's engagement initiatives.
2. Work closely with the leadership team to devise effective engagement strategies and solutions.
3. Contribute to shaping and implementing policies and procedures.
4. Develop and implement a comprehensive employee induction process for new campus hires.
5. Talent & Performance Management: Drive the implementation and change management of a robust, adaptable performance management system.
6. Establish a talent management framework integrated with the compensation system.
7. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to exit.

Other requirements
1. Attendance is required at our Gurgaon office for 5 days a week.
2. Previous HRBP experience is preferred, including 1–1.5 years of professional experience or HRBP internship.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
5. Proficiency in data analysis for data-based decision-making.
