About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the HR team with day-to-day operations
2. Plan and implement employee engagement activities (both online & offline)
3. Plan and implement employee welfare activities
4. Work on coming up with ideas for process improvisation
5. Update JD & JS based on organizational requirement.
6. Update and Track skill set metric based on department requirement.
7. Collaborate with employee and complete the assigned task.
8. Assist the HR team with the recruitment and Onboarding activities.
