Junior Administrator Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
2. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and directing them to the appropriate department
3. Maintain patient records and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of medical information
4. Support hospital staff with organizing meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating logistics
5. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
7. Assist with social media management, content creation, and community engagement initiatives
8. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters
9. Participate in events and outreach activities to promote Safalya Hospital's services and brand awareness
10. Provide general support to other departments as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of hospital operations
