About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Diligently work on the lead funnel sheet to track and manage leads.
2. Update each lead's remarks and status regularly.
3. Follow up with the business development (BD) team and other relevant team members to ensure timely updates and actions on leads.
4. Remind and coordinate with the ground team about upcoming meetings and appointments.
5. Assist in setting up initial meetings with potential clients, including scheduling and sending out invitations.
6. Ensure all necessary materials and information are prepared for meetings.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities.
8. Generate reports on lead status, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes.
9. Collaborate with the business development team to identify potential improvements in the lead funnel process.
10. Contribute ideas and support initiatives to enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
