Legal Intern- Law Student Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contractual Documentation and Analysis: draft, scrutinize, and negotiate legal documents and contracts, such as agreements with vendors, clients, and partners, which include software license agreements, service level agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
2. Regulatory Compliance Advisory: collaborate and advise internal teams on regulatory issues, collaborate with internal teams to provide day-to-day legal support and guidance
3. Routine Legal Compliance: Detect and mitigate potential legal risks; ensuring compliance with all applicable laws; facilitate the integration and management of data from standard and negotiated contracts into corporate databases, along with their ongoing upkeep
4. Legal Research and Policy Development: Undertake legal research to remain abreast of legislative and regulatory shifts, analyze legal matters, and furnish strategic recommendations to internal business units

Eligibility:

1. Law graduate from a reputed law school in India
2. Candidates who have a combination of law firm and in-house corporate internships are preferred
3. Should be available for a full-time (in-office) internship

4. Knowledge of general corporate, tech, and data privacy laws and regulations
