MIS Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Data Entry Accuracy:
1. Maintaining a Google Sheet for terms with each vendor, including quality parameters (Bardana, CD, Hamai, etc.)
2. Updating transportation data to reflect current vendor or Dehaat costs and advance/balance payments
3. Ensuring correct booking of vendor bills after deduction of quality and other terms as per PO

II. Reconciliations (Digital and Physical): Reconciling the stock report as per Scout with data maintained at node level on a daily basis

III. Operation and Process:
1. Ensuring proper booking of PO and vendor bills within 3 days of GRN and capturing the correct credit period
2. Verifying the bank details of the vendor from the SAP vendor master before requesting payments
3. Completing validation of vendor onboarding documents in compliance with the agreed process
4. Validating advance cases for any previous outstanding or advanced cases and reporting any doubtful cases
5. Ensuring payment requests are raised on the due date

IV. Tech Adoptions & Training:
1. Sharing and highlighting automation requirements
2. Ensuring timely closure of UAT/quality testing of new additions or modifications
3. Ensuring 100% attendance at training schedule for applications, new additions, etc.
