About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Maintain customer focus at all times and respond to customer inquiries over e-mail, phone, and chat
2. Take ownership of issues raised by users/experts and work with cross-functional teams to investigate, escalate, and resolve them at the earliest for customer delight
3. Maintain knowledge of all existing and upcoming products/services of the company
4. Capture customer feedback and channel it to internal teams for appropriate action
5. Monitor real-time dashboards and coordinate with experts whenever required
