3. Continuously monitoring specialization courses for feedback and suggestions by leveraging various channels-emails, forums, doubt-clearing sessions, weekly stand-ups, etc. with an aim to troubleshoot any technical or content-based issues that may occur in the specializations
4. Creating and maintaining a study plan for students in the programs and making sure that the students are sticking to this plan and not lagging
5. Managing day-to-day support for enrolled students
6. Suggesting improvements needed in different operations
7. Collaborating with executives and creating operational policies and procedures
8. Overlooking the daily functions of the business
