We are looking for an office assistant who is open to working from the office (Deccan, Pune) and is ready to travel for customer visits.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining a Management Information System (MIS).
2. Managing portfolios of existing clients.
3. Handling document and cheque pick-up and drop-off tasks.
4. Updating fees through calls or emails.
5. Engaging in online form-filling activities.
6. Arranging client meetings.
7. Participating in virtual meetings.
8. Assisting with various office-related tasks.
Note: Come at a 4-hour shift at the office.

1. are available for the part time job/internship
2. can start the part time job/internship between 2nd May'24 and 6th Jun'24
3. are available for duration of 2 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
