Retail Operations Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Deployment Management:
1. Assist in the deployment process of our application across brand stores.
2. Coordinate with store managers and IT personnel to ensure timely and successful deployment.
3. Troubleshoot any deployment issues and provide support as needed.

B. Training and Onboarding:
1. Conduct training sessions for sales representatives on how to effectively use the application.
2. Develop training materials and resources to facilitate the onboarding process.
3. Address any questions or concerns raised by users during the onboarding phase.

C. User Support:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for users experiencing difficulties with the application.
2. Provide prompt assistance and troubleshooting to resolve user issues.
3. Document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team for further investigation.

D. Feedback Collection:

1. Gather feedback from sales representatives regarding the usability and functionality of the application.
2. Compile feedback reports and provide insights to the development team for continuous improvement.
3. Proactively identify areas for enhancement based on user feedback and operational needs.

E. Performance Monitoring:

1. Monitor the usage of the application in brand stores and analyze performance metrics.
2. Identify trends and patterns to assess the effectiveness of the application deployment.
3. Generate regular reports on usage statistics and performance indicators.
