Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and parents to introduce our programs and answer any questions they may have
2. Assist in organizing and maintaining a database of leads and follow-up activities to ensure timely communication
3. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments and follow-up calls for potential students
4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues raised by callers in a professional and timely manner
5. Work on staying up to date on the latest information about our courses and services to effectively communicate with callers
6. Work on meeting weekly and monthly call targets set by the team lead to contribute to the overall success of the sales team
7. Assist in any other administrative tasks related to telecalling and sales support as needed

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 400000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per walk-in).
