In specific, you will work on following -
- Work with different business units to understand, plan, and execute team building (a.k.a recruiting right folks for the right roles) assignments. The work would involve writing JDs, publicising them on different channels, sourcing and screening candidates, setting up interviews etc.
- Make and execute plans to build Internshala brand as THE place to work.
- HR Operations - offer letter generations, helping candidates with onboarding/relocating, and other day to day admin works in the office.
- If you ever have spare time, expect to be involved in different other aspects of the business (say Marketing or Ops) as well.

3. are available for duration of 6 months

1. You, if you:Have prior recruiting experience (an internship stint also would do), especially in a start-up - not mandatory but would be a HUGE plus.Have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and are obsessed with details.Are extremely resourceful - recruiting and employer brand building for a young company are challenges that require creative solutions all the time.Have an innate interest in team building, & HR brand building. Understand and enjoy working in a startup environment - unstructured, evolving, and fast paced.Are available for a minimum of 6 months full-time in-office internship at Internshala's office in Gurgaon.
