Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Find potential buyers and sellers by talking to people, attending events, and using social media
2. Talk to clients to figure out what they want and how much they can spend
3. Advise on prices and negotiate deals to get the best outcome for clients
4. Show properties to interested buyers and help with inspections and paperwork
5. Work with banks, inspectors, and others involved in the process to make sure everything goes right
6. Keep clients updated on what's happening with their sales or purchases
7. Keep track of clients and properties
