1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets for the Global Unicorn Summit
2. Identify and prioritize prospective sponsors, including but not limited to technology companies, venture capital firms, corporate partners, and startups, through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target companies, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to tailor sponsorship proposals effectively
4. Collaborate closely with the marketing and event management teams to create customized sponsorship packages that align with sponsor objectives, deliver value, and enhance the overall event experience
5. Lead negotiations, finalize sponsorship agreements, and ensure timely execution of contracts, payments, and deliverables by established timelines and guidelines
6. Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports on sponsorship sales pipeline, progress, and performance to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new sponsorship opportunities and innovative partnership strategies
8. Represent the company and the Global Unicorn Summit at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to promote sponsorship opportunities, expand brand awareness, and cultivate strategic partnerships

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 1000000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100000 per sale).
