1. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions
2. Knowledge of analytical tools like Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet is an added advantage
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
5. Good team player and interpersonal skills
6. Ready to travel to the store location/other cities, if required
7. Ready to work under fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
