Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment systems
4. Assist with creating job descriptions and postings for open positions
5. Communicate with candidates and provide them with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
6. Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
7. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives to support the overall recruitment strategy
