As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition and Operations functions within the HR department. You will assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies, coordination of HR operations, and contribute to various HR projects. This internship is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about HR, interested in building a strong foundation in TA and Operations, and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Support:
Assist with job posting and advertisement creation on various platforms
Conduct initial screening of resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Assist in the development and maintenance of candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support the onboarding process by collecting necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions
