About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking
2. Work on screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
4. Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment activities
5. Help maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems
6. Support the onboarding process for new hires
7. Contribute to projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and candidate experience

Other requirements

1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in human resources, business administration, or related field

2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

6. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition
