Total Rewards Support Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing the incentive plans for production and sales employees for across the regions and enterprises
2. Providing consultation to managers on eligibility criteria, incentive recommendation process, incentive calculation, etc.
3. Collaborating with business teams to enter new plans into our system
4. Supporting managers by responding to their queries and assisting during the recommendation period
5. Supporting the management & processing of rewards and recognition processes such as deferred bonuses, retention bonuses, and breakthrough awards
6. Updating administrative plan documents and standard operation procedures regularly
7. Handling basic issues and problems under direct supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff
8. Developing sales incentive plan calculation templates and sales incentive calculators
9. Performing periodic analysis of exception queries and partnering with business for appropriate and effective solution
10. Finding opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization of processes
11. Performing other duties as assigned
