About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with account strategists, digital creatives, and other team members to create video content that effectively drives results
2. Participate in developing creative strategy, brainstorming, and storyboarding for video projects
3. Oversee planning and necessary communications to prepare for gathering footage
4. Conduct both on-site and off-site video shoots
5. Edit and animate social ads for various social media platforms
6. Provide creative direction on motion graphics, typography, and other dynamic elements to produce a high-quality, engaging final product
7. Assist in troubleshooting and provide technical support for video-related inquiries
8. Oversee equipment upkeep and appropriate use of video equipment

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 300000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (3% of reach).
