Inside Sales Work From Home Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads over the phone and closing deals with potential customers. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to potential customers via phone to generate sales leads
2. Explain and promote our products/services to customers
3. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
5. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to obtain referrals for new business
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
8. Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
2. Strong phone presence and active listening skills
3. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
6. Customer-oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of customers
7. Language:- English , Hindi and any regional language is a plus
