We are looking for an energetic Community manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in Marketing Fundamentals, Brand Strategy, Creative Skills, Understanding of brand guidelines, we would like to meet you.
Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our vendors.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all communications.
Key responsibilities:
1. Define brand objectives, positioning, and target audience.
2. Develop strategies to enhance brand awareness.
3. Create and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns.
4. Ensure brand messaging consistency across all channels.
5. Work closely with product teams to ensure our offerings align with our brand vision. Keep an eye on how our products are doing in the market and suggest improvements.
6. explore new ways to enhance the brand experience, both online and offline, to stay ahead in a competitive market.
7. Manage CEO's schedule, including meetings, and appointments
Requirements:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills
2. Excellent writing skills
3. Hands-on experience with brand management
4. Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
