We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Intern to join our team and expand our reach across India. You will play a key role in educating potential clients about the benefits of NPS, building strong relationships, and closing deals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Detailed understanding of Corporate NPS
2. Identify and qualify leads within your assigned territory or target segment (individuals, corporates, specific institutions)
3. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to reach and engage potential clients
4. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing the advantages of PensionBox and NPS
5. Address client concerns and objections with knowledge and clarity
6. Negotiate and close deals, securing new clients and maximizing revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewals and referrals
7. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
8. Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry trends and regulations
9. Contribute to the overall growth and success of PensionBox
