Community Management Internship

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Community Management intern to join our team at Surpass Success. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely on your skills, network, and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, including email marketing, social media marketing, Instagram marketing, and LinkedIn marketing.
You can continue with the internship even after your college restarts. You just have to commit to the work and finish it anytime of the day, managing your classes and studies alongside.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
2. Create strategies to design a Campus Ambassador Programme for 100 youth from various campuses in and around Mumbai.
3. Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive community engagement and loyalty
4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
5. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing initiatives
6. Utilize effective communication skills to engage with our online community and respond to inquiries
7. Ensure all marketing efforts are in line with the company's brand voice and messaging guidelines
