About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Developing creative and engaging content (including but not limited to text, images, videos, and graphics) aligned with the brand's tone, style, and objectives.
2. Researching industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to generate content ideas.
3. Collaborating with the marketing team to brainstorm and create content for different marketing campaigns and initiatives.
4. Managing and maintaining the brand's presence on various social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
5. Creating and executing social media calendars/schedules to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
6. Monitoring social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and responding promptly while maintaining the brand's voice and tone.
7. Analyzing social media metrics and insights to gauge the performance of content and campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
8. Identifying and collaborating with influencers, brand advocates, and partners to expand the brand's reach and engagement.
9. Encouraging user-generated content and actively involving the community in brand-related discussions and activities.
10. Monitoring online conversations and addressing any negative feedback or issues in a timely and professional manner.

1. Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role.
2. Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
3. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content concepts.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field (preferred).

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per content engagement).
