1. Oversee the implementation of e-commerce platforms, including website development, integration of payment gateways, and inventory management systems
2. Upload products, create designs, capture product videos, and conducting product research to ensure they align with the organization's objectives
3. Coordinate with design, development, inventory and marketing teams to execute e-commerce projects effectively
4. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise
5. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
6. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned
7. Stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices
8. Provide support and guidance to team members as needed

Other requirements
1. A bachelors degree in engineering (EC, EE, ME, MR, or other branches), BSC electronics, business administration, or marketing.
2. A basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon and Flipkart.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
5. Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing project requirements.
6. Familiarity with web development technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per performance).
