1. Preference for candidates with a B.E. or B.Tech. in engineering.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
