Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
Ashok Masala Packers, Ranchi, a 41-year-old proprietorship concern, dealing in the manufacturing and packaging of powdered spices and whole spices. We are also in the trading of whole spices, groundnut, and other agro-based commodities. We are a family-run enterprise primarily present in the eastern region of India and based out of the Ranchi, capital city of Jharkhand. Going forward we now plan to expand our reach to more states and more cities, for which we require young, enthusiastic, interns who could give a new vision and expand the sales network.
